Taaskyz / Employee attendance

An employee attendance app that puts the working day in view.

At 9:30, you need to know who has started work, who is on leave and which assignments need cover. Taaskyz brings attendance and daily work into the same workspace, so that morning check has somewhere to begin.

Regular Free Forever: five users and five active projects. See current plans and included features.

Start with the attendance question you actually need answered.

An attendance register tells you when someone checked in. A manager also needs the context around that record: an approved absence, a missed clock-out or a task that needs another owner today. Keeping those records together makes the next conversation more specific.

Use Taaskyz as an app for staff attendance alongside tasks, leave and timesheets. Employees record their working presence; managers review the records and follow up on exceptions. A clock-in is an attendance event, not proof that a particular assignment is finished.

How the work fits together

Clock in and clock out

Keep a daily attendance record for team members instead of assembling it from separate messages. Agree on when employees should check in and how they should report a missed entry.

Review exceptions

Use attendance records and regularization requests to investigate missing or incorrect entries. Check the reason with the employee before treating an exception as an absence.

Plan with leave in view

Check approved leave before assigning urgent work. An overdue task and an absent owner call for a different response from a task whose owner is working on it today.

Try it with one team first.

  1. 01

    Agree the rules

Confirm shifts, expected check-in times and the process for correcting missed entries. Explain the rules to employees before relying on the records.

  2. 02

    Invite the team

Start with one team and a normal working week. Ask employees to clock in and out using the agreed routine.

  3. 03

    Review exceptions daily

Check missing entries and approved leave, then use that context when reviewing today’s work.

For workers moving between sites, confirm the location and network rules you require during a demo. Wi-Fi attendance and geolocation are separate capabilities; availability depends on the plan. Do not assume that every plan includes location controls or payroll processing.
